Our first stop was Placencia, a small beach community on the southern coast of the country. It was nothing but R&R for days. We continued on to the jungles of the northwest and <a href="http://lipanada.blogspot.com/2007/08/our-honeymoon-photos-part-two.html">San Ignacio</a> for adventure and a trip to Mayan ruins across the border in Guatemala.
